Sarah and Natalie warmly invite you to a three-month immersive journey designed to deepen your understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice.

This Yoga Foundation Course is for dedicated practitioners who want to explore yoga more fully whether as a standalone path or as a supportive step toward future teacher training. Through asana, breath, anatomy, philosophy, and meditation, you’ll build strong, embodied foundations for personal practice and everyday life.

This course is for you if you:

  • Have been practicing yoga regularly for two or more years

  • Want to deepen your knowledge without committing to teacher training

  • Are considering teaching and want a strong foundation first

  • Feel ready to explore yoga beyond the mat
