I offer bespoke private yoga experiences at The Holistic Haven, where each session is thoughtfully designed around your body, your energy, and your intention. Whether you’re coming alone, with a loved one, or as a group, your time together will feel nurturing, calm, and meaningful.
Yoga is not one-size-fits-all. It’s a personal journey, and these private sessions are created to honour exactly what you need in the moment.
What You Can Expect
Every private session is completely adaptable and may include:
Yoga tailored to your needs gentle and slow, or more energising and uplifting
A chosen theme or intention, focusing on what you’d like to work with (such as relaxation, grounding, strength, balance, or self-care)
Guided relaxation and rest
Sound bath / sound healing to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset
Time to pause and unwind with hot drinks and a healthy snack (depending on session length)
Each element is optional and shaped around what feels right for you or your group.
1:1 Private Yoga Sessions
One-to-one sessions offer a safe, supportive space just for you. We’ll work together to create a practice that feels aligned whether you’re looking for gentle movement, emotional grounding, stress relief, or a deeper connection to yourself.
These sessions are perfect if you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, managing stress, or simply wanting a more personal experience.
Private Sessions for Friends & Family
You can hire me for a private session with friends or family beautiful way to come together and share something nourishing.
These sessions are ideal for:
Birthday celebrations
Hen dos or pre-wedding gatherings
Baby showers or pregnancy blessings
Small social get-togethers
Family wellbeing time
The practice can be calming and restorative or more energising and joyful, with space to relax together afterwards.
Couples & Friends Sessions
Private yoga for couples or best friends is a lovely way to slow down, reconnect, and share presence. Sessions can be gentle and soothing, playful and energising, or deeply relaxing with sound healing whatever supports you both.
No yoga experience is needed just an open heart and willingness to breathe together.
Corporate & Workplace Wellbeing Sessions
I also offer private sessions for workplaces, supporting wellbeing, balance, and self-care within busy environments.
