Step into your week with calm, connection, and care. Our Mindful Mondays take place in a warm, cosy Mongolian yurt an inviting space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

These gentle, inclusive yoga sessions are designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and soften supporting both body and mind. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have an established practice, you’ll be guided with compassion and ease.

At Graceful Yoga, we welcome every body. All shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities are encouraged, and each session is thoughtfully adapted to suit your individual needs.

To complete your experience, each class ends with a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing you to fully unwind, restore, and leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed.
