Mindful Mondays take place in our warm cosy Mongolian yurt. This class is not only a great way to stretch and strengthen your body but also a perfect relaxation for the mind, body, and soul.

People of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities can do this class and at Graceful Yoga we will adapt it to suit your individual needs.
